    • Colleen,

So good to here from a friend! The island was small but had great people and they all lived very simple but enjoyable life’s. I think in there place in the world a simple meal and the warm sun on there faces with family and friends is all they need. I bought fresh bread from a old women in a small house and that’s how she made her living. It was odd though a large group of people from Haiti end up wrecking on there island all 20 of them in a small but which I got to experience. They where using blue tarps as sails and made it 300 natical miles to this island only to be sent back to Haiti. The local people bent over back ward to give them food and water and make there short stay good. I guess it was as they related because the people of the island where from slaves along time ago. My heart goes out those people from Haiti. We Americans have no idea what the world is really like.
