Sailing Around The World

Day 1 to Suwarrow Island

We left Bora Bora at 12:30 in the afternoon and have been sailing about knots. The sea s very lumpy and making us sway back and forth but Adam and I are doing well with the conditions. Wind speed is fifteen to twenty knots.

Current Position 15deg 55.3 min south 153deg 45.7min west

Take It Easy,

Jacques

Jacques / Dale; a mutual friend tipped me off to your blog. All I can say is Grrrreeeeaaattt!!! Jaccques – I remember you from boy scouts, we were active with the Flat Rock troup and I remember your dad from his time as city mgr in happy rock. We live in Negaunee now. I think you’re our daughter Amy’s age. Our son Neil, I believe is a couple years older than you. Anyway, we’re “living the dream” with our grandchildren one weekend at a time – at our camp near Gwinn! Anyway, keep having the life your living and keep up the blog! You’re hope for the lost adventurer in all us… -dug pascoe

    • Dug,

Glad you are livening the dream, it’s odd how hard it is to live dream! But when you do given into your dream its always better. You should make sure your grandchildren understand this idea because it is not acted upon anymore in our culture, very often. O yeah tell Amy I said hi!
